*Service Cancellations*

*Late Cancellations- any appointment cancellation after 24 hours of appointment will loose 30% deposit.

*Cancellation after 5 hours of appointment  will loose the 30% deposit and will be charged an additional 20% of service booked. ( in total of 50% of service)

2 hours or less will be charged 75% of service.

*Late Arrival of 10 minutes or more- will be charged an additional $15 on top of service booked ( If time permits). If, no 

time is allowed it will be treated as a  5 hour late cancellation (see above) of 50% of service booked.

*No Call/ No Shows - WILL BE CHARGED 100% of service booked and will not be allowed to book for future appointments.

*IF CARD IS DECLINED- you will have to pay the cancellation/no call no show fee before booking another appointment.

*Gift Cards- a credit/ debit card deposit is required to book an appointment. Once service is completed, you will be refunded of deposit and will use the gift card for the service.

*ANY FAMILY EMERGENCIES/ SICKNESS/ EXCUSES WILL ELIMINATE THE CHARGE.
